Mila & Rose
My name is Mila, and this season I competed in my first Trillium Hunter Jumper show and had the privilege of riding Rose in the Long Stirrup division. My first show was such a fun and exciting experience, and I learned so much in and out of the ring. It gave me the opportunity to gain more confidence as a rider, challenge myself, and experience what showing in the Trillium circuit is really like.
Getting to ride and compete with Rose has been incredibly rewarding. She's taught me so much, and I’m grateful for every lesson, ride, and experience we’ve had together so far. One of my favourite parts of preparing for the show was seeing all the hard work from lessons and training come together in the ring.
I’m also very thankful to be part of the amazing community at RCRA. Everyone at the barn is so supportive and encouraging, which made my first show experience even more memorable. I especially want to thank the coaches for all of their guidance, patience, and encouragement throughout the season so far. Their support has helped me grow as a rider, and I’m excited to continue learning, improving, and gaining more experience throughout the rest of the
